Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your shredded chicken with both soups, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed.
- Prepare the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions. Fold the fluffy Rice-A-Roni gently into your chicken mixture.
- Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
Cooking
- Pop it in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and beautifully golden on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving to avoid any eager burns.
