Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat until it’s fully cooked, then drain the excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden edges.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze portions in airtight containers for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven covered with foil.
