For the chicken tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders Feel free to swap for chicken breasts sliced down to tender size.
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter Melted.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced garlic recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs can be used for extra crunch.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add honey and minced garlic, stirring until combined and fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the honey garlic mixture, letting excess drip off, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Place the tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes

For storage, keep cooled tenders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, air fry for a few minutes. For longer storage, freeze them before cooking.
