Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, blend together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and onion soup mix until well combined.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the cooked rice and chicken breasts evenly.
- Pour the soup mixture over the top, making sure all pieces are coated.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the casserole is bubbling and golden.
- Once done, add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
