  • 2 cups Rice Prepare as per directions.
  • 2 cups Cabbage Shredded or chopped.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced.
  • 1 medium Carrot Sliced.
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the air fryer chicken according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare rice as per directions.
  3. Shred or chop the cabbage and slice the cucumber, carrot, and avocado.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, layer rice, then add air fryer chicken and top with cabbage, cucumber, carrot, and avocado slices.
  2. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve.
