Preparation

  3. Push vegetables to one side, crack in the eggs, and scramble until cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice, breaking up clumps gently.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder, stirring until combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add chopped green onions and stir to combine.
  8. Serve hot, adding your choice of protein if desired.
