- In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Add the broccoli and a splash of water; cover and steam for about 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve hot over a bed of rice or noodles, optionally garnished with sesame seeds.
