Assembly
- Lay the tortillas flat, and place a generous scoop of the beef and mac mixture in the center of each.
- Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create your wrap.
Cooking
- Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Grill each wrap until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
