  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 cup macaroni Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar is classic, feel free to get creative.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • to taste Butter or oil for grilling Use for grilling the wraps.

Preparation
  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, and milk to the beef. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the cooked macaroni and cheese until everything is fully combined and heated through.
Assembly
  1. Lay the tortillas flat, and place a generous scoop of the beef and mac mixture in the center of each.
  2. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create your wrap.
Cooking
  1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Grill each wrap until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes
