  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced or halved.
  • 1 cup Sweet blueberries
  • 1 cup Tart raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves Chopped for dressing.
Vinaigrette Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed if possible.
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Good quality for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey To bring sweetness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Just a sprinkle.

Method
 

Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and the fresh berries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, honey, finely chopped mint leaves, and a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad.
  4. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
