Preparation
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season it generously with salt and pepper.
- While the beef cooks, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar for your special Big Mac sauce. Set this aside.
- Once the beef is browned, take your tortillas and on one half of each, layer the cooked beef, a sprinkle of cheese, pickles, and onions.
- Fold the tortillas in half like a taco.
Cooking
- In a clean skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Place the quesadilla in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it’s golden brown and crispy. Flip and repeat on the other side.
Serving
- Serve warm with that delectable Big Mac sauce for dipping.

Notes
For a fresh crunch, serve with coleslaw or a mixed greens salad. If you have leftovers, allow them to cool completely, then store in an airtight container for about 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
