Ingredients
  

For the special sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
For the wraps
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl to create the special sauce.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and finely chopped onion, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread a generous amount of the special sauce onto each one.
  4. Layer with the beef mixture, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to create your wraps. Slice in half if desired.
  6. Serve with extra dill pickle slices if you like.
