Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add the bow tie pasta. Cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, chunks of cream cheese, milk, and pasta sauce. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
- Gently fold the cooked bow tie pasta into the creamy meat mixture.
- Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the combined mixture into the baking dish.
- Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
