  • 1 pound bow tie pasta Cook until al dente.
  • 1/2 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or a meat substitute.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Cut into chunks for easier mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons milk To mix with cream cheese.
  • 24 ounces pasta sauce Use your favorite variety.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Top the dish before baking.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add the bow tie pasta. Cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, chunks of cream cheese, milk, and pasta sauce. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
  5. Gently fold the cooked bow tie pasta into the creamy meat mixture.
  6. Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the combined mixture into the baking dish.
  7. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve warm with a fresh green salad or garlic bread. A glass of red wine pairs beautifully with the meal.
