Filling

  • 1/2 cup brownie batter Use your favorite brownie recipe or store-bought.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Using a spoon, drop generous dollops of brownie batter onto the cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  2. Let the cookies cool slightly before serving; they will be quite soft.
