  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Rotisserie works great!
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust based on your spice preference
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened, at room temp for easier mixing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Extra cheese is always a plus!
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing For a cool, creamy contrast
  • 1/2 cup green onions Chopped for garnish
For Serving
  • as needed Tortilla chips or celery sticks For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well blended.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Serve hot with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes
