  • 1/2 cup butter The star of the show!
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Once it’s frothy, add the diced onion and sauté until they become translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook it for an additional minute.
  3. Season each chicken breast generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until beautifully browned and cooked through.
  2. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, letting it gently simmer and thicken for a couple of minutes.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings as necessary.
Serving
  1. Serve your buttery chicken over rice, scoop onto creamy mashed potatoes, or alongside warm bread.
