  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 12 oz Rigatoni pasta Cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or plant-based cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes Optional, for extra heat

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add Cajun-seasoned steak tips and sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened and aromatic.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Return cooked steak tips to the skillet, allowing them to soak up the sauce.
  7. Add rigatoni back into the skillet and toss everything together until coated with sauce.
  8. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.

Notes
