- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Return cooked steak tips to the skillet, allowing them to soak up the sauce.
- Add rigatoni back into the skillet and toss everything together until coated with sauce.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
