Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cheese, butter, salt, and paprika.
- Mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add cold water, stirring until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into shapes with a knife or cookie cutter.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Cheddar Crackers are best served fresh but can also be enjoyed cooled. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
