Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish and evenly spread the beef mixture in the bottom.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and cheese.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
