Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned and soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce if using; stir well.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish and spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until smooth, then pour it over the beef and cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set. Let cool slightly before slicing.
