Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned and soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce if using; stir well.
  4. Grease a 9-inch pie dish and spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until smooth, then pour it over the beef and cheese.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set. Let cool slightly before slicing.
