  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with mozzarella cheese if preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Don’t skip this ingredient for added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until it’s al dente; then drain it.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce along with the cooked macaroni until everything is well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top it off with the shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is delightfully melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving to avoid burning your mouth on that gooey goodness!
