Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface, ready to be filled.
  3. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture across each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
  2. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and the cheese is nice and melty.
  3. Drizzle some melted butter over them before serving.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
