- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Lay out your tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them. Top each one with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle some parsley on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go to keep that delicious filling inside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re beautifully golden brown.
