For the filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with any cheese like cheddar or pepper jack.
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Optional
  • to taste olive oil for cooking

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
  2. Lay out your tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them. Top each one with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle some parsley on top.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go to keep that delicious filling inside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re beautifully golden brown.
  5. Slice them in half and enjoy them warm, letting the cheese stretch and the flavors meld.

Notes

These wraps can be served with guacamole, salsa, or a simple green salad. For those who like spicy, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes can be added.
