- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, chopped apples, cinnamon, and salt. Make sure everything is evenly distributed!
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, nut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until every oat and apple piece is well-coated.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, then firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the dish.
- Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours to let the bars set.
- After chilling, slice into bars and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
