- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Toss gently until everything is well-coated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Take one tortilla and lay it flat on your countertop. Spoon a generous portion of the mixture into the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it firmly from the bottom up.
- Repeat with the second tortilla.
- Slice each wrap in half to serve immediately, or for meal prep, wrap them in foil and store in the fridge.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge. Best enjoyed within a day or two. For reheating, use a hot skillet instead of a microwave to maintain crunch.
