Cooking Chicken Fillets
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper before adding them to the pan.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté them gently until the garlic becomes fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, allowing it to come to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it melts into the cream, thickening into a beautiful sauce.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Combining and Serving
- Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure each fillet gets generously coated with that creamy goodness. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve the chicken fillets drizzled with creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce over crispy fries for a complete comfort food plate!
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in garlic powder and Italian herbs for an hour before cooking. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
