  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables Peas, carrots, and corn work well
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds a lovely herbal touch
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese Optional, but highly recommended for extra flavor

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Toss in the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix everything together and let it heat through.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well-coated with that luscious sauce.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting based on your preference.
  6. Dish it out hot, and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
