Tzatziki Sauce Preparation
- While the chicken and rice are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Serving
- Once the chicken is done, serve it over the rice and drizzle with the tzatziki sauce.
