Preparation
- Slice the bananas into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the basket of your air fryer with a light coat of cooking spray.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the fryer basket.
- Generously sprinkle the banana slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Cooking
- Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, flipping the banana slices halfway through.
- Remove the chips when done and let them cool. They will continue to crisp up as they sit.
