Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
- Stir in half of the French fried onions.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining French fried onions generously over the top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
