- Grab a blender or food processor. Add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a sprinkle of salt.
- Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste your mousse and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
- Spoon out the mousse into serving bowls or jars.
- If desired, top with chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or your favorite fruits.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for up to an hour.
