Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Chicken
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add chicken to the skillet and sauté until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Making the Sauce and Combining
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine with the remaining butter and garlic.
- Return sliced chicken to the pan and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in fresh herbs, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve immediately.
