Ingredients
  

For the pinwheels
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Let it soften for easy spreading.
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary), chopped Feel free to experiment with other herbs.
  • 1 tbsp water For egg wash mix with beaten egg.
  • 1 each beaten egg For egg wash

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, gently pressing out any creases.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a small margin around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries evenly over the cream cheese layer, followed by crumbled feta.
  5. Add fresh herbs on top of the filling.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge into a log.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side-up on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with the egg wash.

  1. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
