Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, gently pressing out any creases.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a small margin around the edges.
- Sprinkle cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries evenly over the cream cheese layer, followed by crumbled feta.
- Add fresh herbs on top of the filling.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side-up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash.

- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
