- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix everything until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly across the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Wrap in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container. Can be sliced and frozen for up to a month.
