  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly across the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Wrap in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container. Can be sliced and frozen for up to a month.
