  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Creamy Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can use vegan mayonnaise for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool completely.
  2. In a large serving bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls. Gently fold in the chopped basil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to ensure everything is well-coated.
  5. Place the salad in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
