  • 2 large large flour tortillas You can use whole wheat or corn tortillas as alternatives.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced Great for using up leftovers.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix with other cheeses.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese Optional for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Can use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 tbsp butter For cooking the chicken.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken; season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Lay out the tortillas flat. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center, followed by the warmed chicken.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to keep the filling secure.
  5. Place your wraps seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the top, ensuring every little bit is coated.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes
