  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 tablespoons Butter For sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 bunch Asparagus Trimmed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine smoothly.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. In another pot, bring water to a boil and cook the asparagus until tender.
  8. Serve the creamy chicken bites alongside homestyle potato mash and the steamed asparagus.
