  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. In a large skillet, combine the chicken broth and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until it’s a harmonious blend.
  2. Toss in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, giving it a good stir.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the gnocchi and cook according to the package instructions until they float, usually about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the chopped spinach and let it wilt with the warmth of the sauce for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, generously topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For added flavor, consider plating in shallow bowls and garnishing with cracked black pepper or olive oil. Pairs well with garlic bread or a green salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
