  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thinly slice the sweet potatoes and set them aside.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assembly and Baking
  1. In a baking dish, layer the sweet potato slices evenly.
  2. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the sweet potatoes.
  3. Generously top with grated Parmesan cheese.
