  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.

  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat each piece in the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
