- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring until combined.
- Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat each piece in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley before serving.
