Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  4. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
