- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear them until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then gradually add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Cook the spiral pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet with the sauce.
- Slice the seared chicken and return to the skillet, tossing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

For added flavor, serve with freshly cracked black pepper and a side salad drizzled in lemon vinaigrette. Can be frozen in individual portions; avoid adding parsley until serving.
