  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until just wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add your gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions until they start to float.
  6. Mix in the crumbled feta cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
