Method
 

Cooking Orzo
  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions, adding salt to the boiling water for flavor. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and slightly golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir in the artichoke hearts and fresh spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently, mixing everything together.
  3. Fold the cooked orzo into the sauce, ensuring every piece is coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For a healthier twist, consider replacing half the heavy cream with low-fat milk or coconut cream. Substitute shrimp with chicken or roasted vegetables for a vegetarian version.
