- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Season the chicken drumsticks generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and brown them well on all sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth, cover the skillet, and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir in the heavy cream.
- Continue cooking for another 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
