Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce
  • 12 oz Penne pasta Cook to al dente
  • 1 cup Creamy pesto sauce Store-bought or homemade
Vegetables
  • 2 medium Bell peppers Any color you love, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor
Finishing Touches
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for serving
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs Basil or parsley, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the penne following the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing Ingredients
  1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant and golden.
  2. Toss in the bell peppers and sauté until they start to soften.
Combining
  1. Pour in the cooked penne alongside the creamy pesto sauce. Stir until everything is well combined and coated.
  2. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of herbs.
