  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
For Coating
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Feel free to use seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Cooking
  1. Remove the marinated chicken from the pickle juice and coat each piece thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there's space between each piece for crispiness.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
