  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Skewers
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes Use fresh chicken for best results.
  • 1 cup bell peppers, cut into chunks Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1 cup onions, cut into chunks

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  3. Toss chicken cubes and veggies into the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-coated. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers creatively.
Cooking
  1. Place skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
  2. Serve hot with a garnish of sesame seeds if desired.
