Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese for breading
  • 2 pieces eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for searing

For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese for sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the breading station: In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place the flour in a third bowl and season it with salt and pepper.
Coating and Cooking the Chicken
  1. Coat the chicken by dipping each breast first in the flour, then in the egg wash, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
Making the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serving
  1. Serve the crispy chicken drizzled with the homemade Alfredo sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
