Coating
- In another bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until combined.
- Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb mixture generously over the Brussels sprouts and toss again to ensure every sprout is coated.
Roasting
- Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer to help them crisp evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, take them out and serve warm.
