  • 1 pound beef (thinly sliced) For a tender bite, consider freezing the beef for about 30 minutes before slicing.
  • 1 piece bell pepper (sliced) Any color you prefer!
  • 1 piece onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced) Feel free to switch out for your favorite veggies!
  • 1 package cheesy tortellini Fresh or frozen will work.
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup beef broth Flavorful and comforting.
  • 1 cup cream cheese The secret to that luscious sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced) Because garlic makes everything better.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Don’t skip this!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, add the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
  2. Pour the beef broth evenly over the top.
  3. Dollop the cream cheese onto the veggie-beef mix.
  4. Put the lid on your slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Cooking
  1. About 30 minutes before serving, gently stir in the tortellini.
  2. Once cooked, give it a taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
