- In a slow cooker, add the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
- Pour the beef broth evenly over the top.
- Dollop the cream cheese onto the veggie-beef mix.
- Put the lid on your slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Cooking
- About 30 minutes before serving, gently stir in the tortellini.
- Once cooked, give it a taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
